「We loved everything about our stay at Kingfisher Cottage. Dayna and Joe have thought of and anticipated every possible need a guest might have while staying in this space. My only regret is that we did not have as much time to spend at the cottage as I would have liked. I hope I have reason to return to Sylacauga in the future so that we can stay here again!」

「We loved this stay in this historical and eccentric home. The host was especially kind and communicative. Drinking coffee on a whimsical porch with my 2 best friends was the absolute highlight of this trip. We will definitely be back.」

「Great stay and accommodation for our golf trip. Clean and great communication. The only surprise was the train coming through after midnight. The horn was a bit startling but other than that it was excellent 」

「The house was clean and very cozy. Tight quarters in the bedrooms for suitcases but we made it work. Kitchen stocked well, but we did have to call for trash bags and dishwasher detergent. We had a short visit but there were none available at all. They did deliver promptly when called. Only other complaint was we arrived about 30 minutes early after a long drive from Louisiana. 「I know surprises can be a great thing... but not when it comes to booking a place for your family to stay while on a vacation. With that said, this stay was "beautifully boring" - that is to say, everything was exactly what we were hoping for and expecting. No nasty surprises like mystery stains, broken amenities, or rowdy neighbors. Plenty of towels. There was even a nice little backyard that our kids used to run off a little energy. We were in town for the skate park, which is only about 15...

「It was not what the listing stated. There was no pool or hot tub. There was nothing in the kitchen to eat off of or cook with. The beds were messy and not enough towels for everyone.」

「Home was clean and mostly well stocked. The fenced yard was great for our kids to play safely. Neighborhood felt a little rough and was one house away from a train track and industrial area but we had no real issues with either. Bring a sound machine to help littles sleep :) 」
