Il est clair qu'il y a beaucoup de choses que nous aurions pu faire si nous n'avions pas été sur une simple étape. Nos hôtes étaient très accueillants. Comme certains l'ont dit, gîte rustique. We loved the outside space and pool to cool off - so much space. Relaxing, calm and tranquil. Fabien was on site if we needed anything. It felt very much like home for us with the animals and greeted by the dog when we came home each day."

Beautiful 1850 Maison bourgeois with private pool, between Chablis and Beaune

"Jon was very helpful with answering any questions we had and communicating with us. His chateau we stayed at was a perfect escape from the business of Paris.. complete with huge private property, lovely terrace to enjoy meals and an afternoon glass of wine. The pool was very inviting during the warm afternoons. All the rooms were nicely appointed and I felt like I was transformed back in time a couple hundred years ago. The two rooms on the second floor were much better than the three on the top floor. The beds were very comfortable.I would stay there again, but recommend having a car to get around to the larger surrounding towns where there’s more to do and better grocery options."

"Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Michelle qui a toujours été très réactive à toutes nos demandes. Le gîte est très agréable, calme et spacieux. Il est resté frais malgré la canicule et nous avions un plan d'eau à 20mn pour nous rafraîchir. La région est magnifique, je recommande."

"Notre séjour en famille c'est bien passé... nous étions 22, la maison était suffisamment grande. Toutes les chambres avaient leurs propres salle de bain, ce qui était très pratique. Nous aurions aimé un accueil un tout petit peu plus chaleureux même si nous savons que Christelle a beaucoup de travail. Si vous êtes à la recherche de calme, et si vous voulez passer des vacances sans prise de tête, c'est l'endroit idéal ! Nous recommandons."

Well-situated opposite the entrance to the town. Only 4 parking spaces - book ahead if needed. Otherwise plenty of open parking close by (charged). Good WiFi. No EV changing."
