"This was an odd property really, the rooms had been renovated somewhat but beds were uncomfortable, sofas were old and stained and it felt like the renovation was a bit half hearted, the lifts are old and clunky and the whole area was very noisy, we could nt check in until 6 either. "This is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Amazing breakfast and dinner were included with our stay. Convenient to main shopping and dining street and bus station. Only issue was lack of AC or even ceiling fans (they did provide a Dyson airblade which sort of helped) for climate control. The balcony slider provided some relief from the heat, but not enough for anyone sleeping in interior room of family suite."
