"The property was changed on us without notice. The unit they gave us was up two flights of steps. I purposely chose a ground floor unit as I'm disabled and cannot climb step. "Even though we were lost and running late, our host Oksana waited patiently for us and welcomed us with open arms. She showed us the property and had a map ready to show us where restaurants, coops, and historical sites around town. The first restaurant she recommended was the best meal we had in ages! "This apartment is perfect. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Piera was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The terrace wraps around the whole apartment and is delightful. The location cannot be beat. The apartment is an easy walk from the train station and Aldo easily walkable to everything you will want to see, do and eat in Parma. "Though we only stayed one night, the staff went above and beyond. My wife was injured so they let us check in in the morning. Every time we went in or out the person at the front desk was smiling and polite. Room was excellent. Location is perfect. Rooftop deck for a drink (though a cover over one of the exposed decks would have been nice to enjoy a view of the city (too hot in the sun)."
