Summer vacation in Villasimius in a beautiful villa with a garden

Are you ready to spend an unforgettable summer in the beautiful setting of Villasimius and enjoy a fantastic vacation at my charming little villa?
The house is laid out as follows: it features an entrance area with a large garden, a barbecue, a swing, and a wonderful loggia with a sitting area for relaxing naps and/or aperitifs.
Three rooms open onto the loggia through French doors, all equipped with mosquito screens: living room/kitchen, equipped with dishes, cutlery, a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and coffee pot; a spacious bedroom with a double bed; and a bedroom with three bunk beds—all furnished with closets and dressers. (SLEEPS 5).
Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower, also featuring a window with a screen, and equipped with a bidet.
The villa is a 7-minute walk from the town center and a 5–7-minute drive from the best beaches in Villasimius, Costa Rei, and Castiadas.
Our guests are always welcomed with a Sardinian culinary surprise, ensuring a fantastic start to their stay.
