「It's a nice property in a quite and peaceful setting. We had two adult couples, and found that there was room for all of us. The folding table leafs in the family room and kitchen were a nice addition for utilizing space. Since we were meeting friends at another lake property while in town, we didn't take advantage of the lake front features.」

「From checking in to checking out, everything went smoothly! There is plenty of room for gathering and plenty of room if you want privacy. Hosts were very responsive and helpful! We rented the pontoon and that process was easy as well! The only downside is there is no swimming off the dock or on shore-not the fault of the owners or house 」

「The cabin was very clean and just the right size for me, my wife and our dog. The owner was great with communication. The only downside was the entire lake had weeds growing to nearly the top of the water, so it is not swimmable. 」

「We really enjoyed our two night stay. The rental is easy to find and get into. Its a unique property with a lot of personality. The beds were comfortable and the place is well stocked. Upstairs in the loft there are 3 twin beds along with a fun vhs player and lots of old Disney movies. My kids loved that. We will plan to stay again next year. 」

「We were new to visiting the area and were happy with our choice. The lake is a little smaller than some in the area, but was perfect for some floating and relaxing. It was so nice to be able to use the dock to leave the boat in for the weekend. Everyone in the group said the beds were all very comfortable as were the pillows. 「We came up with my extended family (14 of us) to celebrate my parents’ 50th anniversary. The home was STUNNING and there was plenty of room to sleep, eat (indoor dining table and outdoor patio tables seat 16), and hang out. There are coffee makers everywhere too, which my family loved. We quite enjoyed taking out the paddle boat, kayaks, and paddle boards (plenty of life jackets too). The water is shallow for quite a ways out which made swimming easy … and our hosts also graciously provided...

「Was clean and comfortable for three individual adults using all three bedrooms and even though listed as pet friendly did not have any type of pet odors. Backyard and four season porch was nice and quiet. We were not doing any lake activities this trip so having easy lake access was not an issue. I would recommend this property as a good choice for anyone looking to visit Alexandria.」

「Our stay here over the 4th of July week was wonderful. The cabin is charming and clean with remodeled kitchen and bathroom. The cabin has AC in the main room. Being it was extremely hot during the 4th of July we used fans to push AC into the 2 bedrooms, which was great. The back bunk house has portable AC unit and our grown kids loved it back there. The garage (no AC) is set up for lots of fun. We spent lots of off time in there with tables, chairs, couch, games, fridge, stove, etc. So Fun!!!...
