Apartment in the Eurotennis complex on the beachfront and with direct access to it, in Villajoyos. 5 minutes by car from Benidorm. It has 1 bedroom and capacity for 3 people.
Renovated, charming and modern 40 m² accommodation, with frontal views of the sea and the mountains.

It has a terrace with views, internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, ceiling fan in the bedroom, 2 Smart T TVs, iron and hairdryer.
The induction open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Urbanization with access to the beach (semi-private) has 16 tennis courts of different modalities, a large community + children's pool with an area with hammocks and umbrellas, a beach bar within the complex (seasonal), parking, petanque court and children's area, access to coves and landscaped green areas and access to routes for hikers. Tiszta és jól felszerelt apartman, a hálószobai ágy kicsit kényelmetlen. A kilátás olyan, mint a képeken. Kávé, ásványvíz, bor bekészítés várt bennünket. Nem főszezonban voltunk, személyzettel egyáltalán nem találkoztunk, ettől függetlenül zökkenőmentes volt a kulcs átadás. Van ugyan étterem, meg a parton bár, de nyilván semmi nem volt még nyitva, erre figyelni kell annak, aki nem szezonban megy. A medence klassz lett volna, de épp felújítják, gondolom a főszezonra. A legközelebbi bolt jó 20-25 perc séta és a tömegközlekedés is, az odaút emelkedős, lejtős, gyalogosan jó kis kihívás! 😊 Javasolt az autóbérlés!

La ubicación es fantástica y el apartamento está completamente nuevo, así como cuenta con todas las comodidades posibles. Que el aparcamiento es limitado y el portal no aparece enumerado, si no llega a ser por el vídeo que envía la agencia sería difícil de encontrar.
