We were late to check in but there was good communication with the representative who very kindly waited for us (for a fee for late check in after 8pm). "Where do I begin. If you don't speak italian don't come here. Staff is not the friendliest. Was here for a wedding for a week. It's long term living. So what can you say. It's apartment style. "Wonderful experience at this hotel which is in a renovated palazzo. The front desk staff were wonderful and friendly, especially Marisa who recommended the zucchini pizza at the restaurant around the block. The room was fine, very comfortable bed. The morning breakfast was laid out the grand ballroom and there were many options to choose from in the buffet. We felt very well cared for from start to finish. Our only regret was that we were just staying one night. We wish we could have stayed longer. "
