"Checked in in the roomHair and hair tie in the washroom and sink. FD at c/o did not even care. "

"The sofa beds are horrible and the room smelt like rotting eggs because of the sink. Staff were friendly but did not want to switch us rooms until I told them that I would have Expedia deal with it. Parking is limited and breakfast is about what you would expect. Hot tub was warm not hot and the tubs in the room are not up to par for bathing (only showering). Decent place for a quick one night stay. "

"No bottled water in vending or front desk no emergency toiletries. Staff was nice but lack essentials. No airport shuttle either. I will not be staying there again!!!!"

"Called and asked if both the hot tub and pool were open. Was told they were. Upon check in there was a sign saying hot tub out of order. It was the actual reason I booked that location. It was down for repair for a few days. So not sure why I was told it was open . They upgraded my room but it is not comparable to a hot tub. The front desk did what they could for what they had. Thank you"

"Clean room. Great on-site restaurant. Gym was adequate but on the smaller side. "

"Clean hotel. Big lobby with alot of seating/waiting area. Lots of surface parking and free ev charging. Big clean indoor pool with change room, shower and locker. Clean rooms, spacious. However, in the short 5min check in, the staff at the counter was continuously yawning with out covering or saying "excuse me". Not rude however very unprofessional as a front desk service. I asked about ev charging and she just told me its outside and didnt tell me how it works. You will need the hotel access code for the free charging. During express checkout, dropping the room card in the slot, the same staff at the counter was helping a customer and she was still yawning. Maybe she works 24hrs straight? "
