Rooms are clean and we were happy about the hotel being dog-friendly. However, we were disappointed at how the room service wasn’t done for the entire day despite us requesting it very early in the morning. My family and I including our dog had to wait for the staff to do and finish our room service when we got back to the hotel later in the day which was quite inconvenient. Also, anything that you need from the front desk (i.e. towels, blankets, coffee, etc), you’d have to fetch them yourself as their staff members go home early in the day. AC was also not working properly so we had to get some fans from the supply room. Despite these, we still did our best to enjoy our stay.

The jets on the hot tub are terrible barely even felt them, the rooms were awesome and clean

Kitchen was not properly stocked. No salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc. When we asked for it, they brought us small sachets instead of actual shakers. Laundry washer was dirty and had a smell to it. Shower faucets were dirty/rusted. Also parking is not designated and not guaranteed. We had to find parking outside which was far one night. And no smart tv. For the price, they are charging i’d recommend looking at other properties. This places needs a few updates.

Everything about this place was great. Wonderful friendly & helpful staff. Room was clean and comfy. Will definitely be back
