"We loved most everything -- especially the location -- and we lacked for nothing in the apartment. Plus, the staff were excellent. The 2 big issues were 1) We weren't made aware, by the listing, that one has to walk up/down about 70 (old and creaky) steps every time one wants to go into town, or get a baguette, or find a place to eat (ie at least 3 or 4 times a day). And 2) The bed was far too small for someone 6 feet tall, and the board at the head was brutally hard."

"The place was very dirty and there was an ant infestation as well. The check in process was a nightmare as the management company left everything about check in until the very last minute, and provided an out of service number at the time of booking, where they could not be reached. I had to escalate this issue with no resolution. I complained to them about various issues upon arrival and got no response until the night before my departure. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting place to stay....

"Quaint wonderful building with five floors. We stayed on the fifth floor at the very top. The apartment was just lovely, well lit and spacious enough for two people. The space was well equipped with all that one could possibly need for a stay. Climbing up to the fifth floor with luggage was challenging and quite a workout. "Studio apartment with loft, three beds, kitchen, bath. Nice location in the heart of the Marais. Close to everything. Note that "reception 24/24 and 7/7" means that you can set whatever time you want to check in but you must let them know what time you will be there to meet them. They aren't there 24/7 like a hotel."

"Don’t think there could be a better location! A few minutes walk to great food, Notre Dame, the Louvre. And a couple minutes to the train station to get anywhere in the city! Beds were comfy. The host was very responsive. The only thing to mention is it was quite noisy at night. If you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue. We loved our stay here and would choose this property again."
