Noise level of pedestrian was very high during all hours of the day/night. Was hard to sleep. Parking was on the street in a rough part of the neighborhood. Was concerned for safety, did not bring any luggage to the room, with fear or being targeted.

The place was a well located and of easy access. They arranged for my husband and daughter airport pickup and even fixed the reservation mistake I made. The staff was very helpful and made my husband and daughter’s stay a stress free and happy time in Palermo. Grazie mille!!
