The grounds are absolutely stunning—lush gardens, a gorgeous pool area, and quiet corners that make it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Florence. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel elevated without being over the top. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was recommendations for dining, transportation, or just making sure we were comfortable, they went above and beyond. The breakfast was also a highlight—fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day before heading into the city. If you’re looking for a stay that combines quiet luxury, comfort, and easy access to Florence, Villa Neroli is a perfect choice. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Wow!!! The staff at IQ are super friendly and very accommodating. For example, they asked us if we want breakfast packaged the next day because we were leaving 4am in the morning! The place is super clean and breakfast was great!"

"Great hotel and as named a social hub. The rooms were spacious clean and had everything you needed. Shower was hot and powerful (be careful to close the shower door properly or the whole floor gets soaked). Staff were friendly welcoming ans spoke English. Great facilities, the gym was big and had plenty of equipment. There was table top football and little booths for working. The café was well stocked with pizza, sandwiches, desserts and other confectionery. Good location only 12min walk from the train station and centre of town. Good clean area. There is a rooftop bar and pool which can be busy on weekend evenings. Highly recommend this hotel. Would stay again."

"Classic style hotel with lovely architecture. Basic breakfast but it is free and was nice. Room was beautiful with a small patio and a fridge with some free water. Staff were courteous and polite on entry and exit of the hotel and couldn't have been more helpful when checking in. Excellent location for station and City Centre. Recommend staying here if visiting Florence/Firenze."
