"Nadia was a fantastic host! We unfortuantely had the worst weather of the month, but it was great to have a large room we didn't feel we wanted to leave. The Private Bathroom was huge, and the shower was AMAZING. As long as you have a car there are plenty of places to visit from here, 45min to Lugano (Switzerland), and its nice to drive around the lake through all the towns. Close to Menaggio, and the greenway walk. Easy to get a ferry to Bellagio, and other towns. The pool is lovely and easy access to the beach and lake, can walk up into the local town in 5min. Private parking. Breakfast was fabulous with a different suprise each day! "

"A mixed and honest review...Some really great things: thie views are amazing, the beds comfy, the kitchen one of the best I've ever rented and full of everything you could need to cook! The pool is wonderful and our kids made very good use of it! Not so good: It was clear when we arrived that the pictures are out of date and the one of the outside seating areas no longer exists, plys the garden was getting quite overgrown and needs some TLC. There is only 1 living area, which may have been clear but again the photos are of the same area set up in different arrangements, which had made me think there were a couple (my mistake!). When we arrived we found the upstairs bathroom had no toilet seat and the shower was not plumbed in. We've since been told we should have been notified but we hadn't and since then communication has not been forthcoming. The description says not to pack pool towels and that there are branded toiletries provided. We were asked to wash the pool towels before leaving, so although there were some it would have been good to have been made aware that this isn't included in the cleaning fee beforehand. There was a light in the kids room that when I plugged in, sparked at the switch, so I unplugged as this is clearly not safe. There were no bulbs in many of the bedroom lamps, so were unusable. Finally, the access to the house was via a steep path from where you park the car - thankfully not a problem for us this time, but could be for someone else! "

"This is a beautiful character property in a beautiful medieval village. Lucia is very pleasant, has excellent communication skills and knowledge of local attractions. The terrace attached to the property is very nice and the village offers excellent walks for those who enjoy walking. It is perhaps not suitable for those with limited walking abilities. We really enjoyed our stay and will be going back for sure."

"the Apartment is quite large with a downstairs that has two single beds and a double and its own bathroom , washing machine is down there. upstairs is a lounge , double bed bedroom , bathroom and access to the balcony, kitchen is in lounge area and has microwave , toaster , kettle , all the usuals . you will need a car for sure due to location but it does say that "
