「The property is in an excellent location .. from the room you get a view of the lake and mountain .. the staff went out of their way to serve the guest .. spa was excellent .. food can improve 」

「The staff here are outstanding. We arrived during heavy rain and had booked a glamping room which is not connected to the main hotel. We were offered a chance to stay inside the hotel if we preferred, at the same price. We were shown both rooms before we made a decision, and we chose to stay in the glamping cabin after all (because it was SO cute!). There was a bit of leaking from the windows, and was a bit chillier in parts (the bathroom was cold!), and the alignment on the doors was a bit off,...

「El lugar era pequeño, 9 camas pero todo muy apretado. Al bañarse arriba caía agua abajo. La mochila del inodoro de abajo no cargaba. Había arañas. Pileta súper vieja y sin mantenimiento. Recepción muy amables. 」
