"Beautiful location. The Trullos are unique. Sleeping under a dome is very relaxing. The bedrooms could do with more shelving. Had to leave clothes in luggages on the floor. In the off season, each individual Trullo pool is unheated. I was still able to swim my laps in 20 degrees water. Quite invigorating! Others might not venture at this temperature. "The property & staff were 5 star. The only areas that fell a little short of the top rating were the bed a bit too firm, & the buffet breakfast was not as plentiful in selection as some other Italian hotels we'd stayed in. However the cooked items at breakfast were excellent."

"This was my third visit to this hotel in Ostuni. It is a charming and quirky hotel with a number of original features which I've always liked. It is right in centre of town but our room was incredibly quiet and cool, which was much needed in the August heat! Breakfast was pretty good with plenty of choice and my bed was very comfortable. Parking is a five minute walk away down the hill. They have a small shuttle to collect guests and luggage but I didn't mind the walk. The hotel has spaces in a car park at €8 extra a day, which we were not aware of until checkout."

"If we could have given this hotel 10 stars we would have. It is an amazing place. From the second you arrive, they make you feel so special and welcome. The rooms, facilities, pool areas, restaurants are all so beautiful and well maintained. And most importantly, the staff are all so incredibly nice and welcoming. They all made it a point to introduce themselves and say hello to us (including my 2 year old) every time they saw us. It's a special place."
