「Very clean. Great staff, beautiful location. The sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi and pool are in excellent condition. It’s a few blocks from the center of Vilcabamba with great views of the valley. Worth another visit. 」

「The entire place is clean and well kept. Very quiet and the bed was a dream! I slept so well! There was no climate control and the room was hot during the day, which I just opened the windows. At night early morning it got quite cold, so I closed all the windows and I was very comfortable. The restaurant was on the 2nd floor and very nice ambiance. I especially enjoyed the iconic transparent elevator! A very nice touch! I stayed on the 6th floor and truly enjoyed my stay! Very affordable.」
