APARTBEACH CYE II GARDEN VIEWS AND AIR CONDITIONING:
Nice apartment on the second line of the sea, ideal for your holidays on the beach. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a 130cm double bed, the other with two 90cm beds, it is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi (optional €5 per day), fully equipped independent kitchen, living room with a single sofa bed and access to a large terrace overlooking the gardenIn its surroundings you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more.

The building does not have an elevator, (3rd floor)

Animals are not permitted.

La Pineda is a seaside urban center on the Costa Dorada, quiet and modern, located between the beautiful city of Tarragona and the lively city of Salou and belongs to the municipality of Vila-seca.

It is the perfect balance to spend your vacations, especially if you have a family with children and you are looking for a rest and disconnection from work and the stress of the city without neglecting everyone's fun. In La Pineda you will not be disappointed, since it has a lot to offer you in summer.

Undoubtedly, the main attraction of La Pineda is its large sandy beach that makes it particularly popular for family tourism, although not only.

In La Pineda you can find the Aquopolis water park (water park with giant slides, swimming pools, marine fauna shows and restaurants). House's rules:

Animals are not accepted

1st. We are available for any questions in order to have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels, Towels supplement €4/person.

3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:30 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 17:00 may incur an extra charge.

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.

4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.

6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.

8º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and will have to be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.

Apartment

Die Wohnung an sich und die Lage ist gut. Es sind aber ein Paar kleinigkeiten nicht korrekt. Es gibt kein Zugang zum Internet und auch der Fernseher ist zwar da aber nicht angeschlossen. Sobald der Herd benutzt wird springen immer wieder die Sicherungen raus.
