"Nach der Reservierungsanfrage teilte die Gastgeberin uns mit, dass die Wohnung belegt ist. Die Kommunikation war teilweise portugiesisch, teilweise englisch und sehr schwierig. Später erfolgte dann überraschend doch die Reservierungsbestätigung. Diese mussten wir dann über die Plattform stornieren lassen und das Geld wurde uns zurück erstattet."

"We only used this hotel to stay overnight while traveling from The Algarve to Lisbon. But it was more than adequate for that. The rooms were a little dated but very clean and well maintained.
