The hotel is bread and butter. What you see is what you get… and I love it! We arrived early and the receptionist let us go to the room as it was ready, which is always a great touch. The room was the right size — no frills, just what we needed. The location was perfect: a mere 10-minute walk to the port/sea. The staff were kind and efficient, and there was also free coffee, tea and water.

The room was fine, but didn’t smell particularly clean. There was a definite musty/damp smell, especially in the bathroom. It was okay but for the price I expected a little better.

The ac did not work it was extremely hot in the room. The window could not be opened because people were outside yelling and talking extremely loud.

Das Hotel hat KEINE Parkplätze. Entgegen früherer Aussagen gibt es keine Kooperation mit einem Parkhausbetreiber (mehr) - die Nacht im nächstgelegenen Parkhaus an der Praza de Portugal kostet sage und schreibe 19,00 EUR! Wir hatten Zimmer 103 nach vorne zur Straße hin – die Fenster schlossen nicht richtig, es war sehr laut wegen des Straßenlärms. Die Heizung hat große Rostflecken, das Rückenteil des Bettes war kurz vor dem Auseinanderfallen, insgesamt lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Frühstück ist OK, die Auswahl könnte größer sein.

Excelente hotel

Excelente estadia, funcionários muito receptivos e atenciosos. As instalações são muito confortáveis e limpas e a localização perfeita, praticamente ao lado da estação de autocarro e shopping. Muito central. Super recomendo esse hotel para conforto e mobilidade.
