「I will definitely hope to stay here again when plans bring me back to the area. The place is well-located, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed. There are a few things to know; there are steps to get to the unit, so it’s not ADA friendly. If you are a group of two or more, be aware there is only enough hot water for one shower; you’ll have to negotiate timing with your fellow travelers. Also, you have no control over the thermostat; I would have preferred to choose my own comfort level....

「Great place for a group of 7, especially with kids & have the bunk beds. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions. It was alittle warm in the upstairs bedrooms even with the 2 portable AC units but we managed. A short walk to the free DC trolley which was used daily with our group. If you have a bigger vehicle, the parking spot in the back is tricky to get into so once you’re parked, I’d leave it and walk to the free trolley. 「Location was very convenient to downtown and the convention center. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Provided plenty of instructions and guides, so there were no questions that needed to be asked. We would definitely rent again.」
