Lage sehr gut, Wohnung hat potenzial, ist jedoch heruntergewirtschaftet und ungepflegt

Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist wirklich unschlagbar – ein Traum für jeden, der mitten im Geschehen sein möchte. Leider endet hier auch schon das Positive. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ stark zu wünschen übrig, was besonders enttäuschend ist.Die Fußbodenleisten waren teilweise lose oder angemodert. Statt stilvoller Lampenschirme gab es lediglich nackte Glühbirnen, die aus der Decke hingen. Es war fast, als hätte jemand bei der Dekoration auf halbem Weg aufgegeben.Im Haus war die Unterkunft war schwer zu finden, da nicht genau angegeben wurde, welche Tür es ist. Die Küche war schlecht bis gar nicht ausgestattet und der Wasserkocher wurde nach Benutzung offensichtlich nicht gereinigt.Die Dusche hatte deutlich sichtbare Schimmelspuren. Einige der Handtücher hatten Flecken, wie auch die Bettwäsche, die aussah als wäre sie nicht gewaschen worden. Die Toilette war separat in einem winzigen Raum untergebracht, in dem man sich kaum umdrehen konnte. Auch hier ließ die Sauberkeit stark zu wünschen übrig.Die gute Lage allein kann diese Mängel leider nicht ausgleichen. Die Unterkunft war zwar nicht so teuer, aber Sauberkeit sollte nicht vom Preis abhängig gemacht werden.
