Communication for check in/out was efficient & easy. The area is located a short walking distance to many area attractions, shopping & restaurants. The hotel & room were both clean & service staff were friendly. Great amenities in room & the “app” had very useful tips & also recommendations for nearby cafes, too. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely return to this hotel.

The property was conveniently located and we were able to easily walk to all popular locations for sightseeing as well as food and beverage. It was quiet and clean with modern finishing. When we come back to Vienna we will be staying here.

Fantastic location, walking distance to everything. Newly renovated room, very clean. Loved the concept of self check-in - and the access code setup worked great. Will stay same place next time - every time - I go to Vienna

Great experience, I’ve tried other hotels in Vienna but this one was by far the best of them all! Really good location and room that is clean and has a good AC system. The location is super central ans you can basically walk to any of the major tourist destinations within 10-15 minutes. The price is also very good in my experience, even for a relatively broke student. Would highly recommend to anyone!!
