The location is just next to the Belvedere and it is conveniently situated for accessible public transportation. The attractions are at walking distance and the walk is enjoyable. Breakfast is really good and the service is amazing

Great hotel! So clean and very fresh. Great service, great gym 24/7. Hotel bar serves nice drinks, area is perfect. only complaint was wifi was quite weak, maybe just my room? had a hard time video calling without alot of lag and kept on disconnecting :(

Great overnight stay

A very comfortable stay for just one night, arriving late and leaving early so only slept and then had breakfast but in the time I was there I can say that it was excellent. The breakfast offering was truly amazing.

The property is conveniently located near the Belvedere Palace and is in close walking proximity to major attractions. Star attraction for us was the buffet breakfast and also very helpful staff. Few amenities in the room such as Iron, kettle, etc. were not readily available in the room but the staff was very prompt in providing upon request.

Nice clean hotel, parking expensive- it’s €8/day 200m away instead of €30. On the tramline to the city. Staff friendly. Breakfast is ok, probably better in the many city cafes

Nice hotel, right next to Belvedere and about 1 mile to museum quarter. Clean and quiet, staff helpful. Breakfast expensive at €28 so we didn't have it. Bar and restaurant area very quiet. We booked 2 rooms for a family of 4, same floor but not together so suggest requesting adjoining rooms if you need them.

Excellent front desk came to immediate aid when my daughter fell quite ill from food related infection at another establishment in Vienna. They contacted and arranged a private Dr to assess and treat my daughter on site. We were thoroughly impressed. Location great for walking distance to a number of locations. I would rebook here.

If I was on a business trip and I needed to use the Wi-Fi, I wouldn’t have been very happy. They have extremely a weak Wi-Fi. Also, I found morning crew for breakfast was very impatient with clients. For €32 they wanted you to eat and get out. By 10:15 AM ( you needed to be finish by 10:30am) they would start taking your plate away without your permission. That was not cool at all. Front desk, Bar staff and dinner crew were very nice and helpful.

I was on the 6th floor facing west and the view was magical and I really don't use that word. Spectacular sunsets, lovely gardens, property very clean/comfortable. Staff wonderful/helpful from the breakfast staff to the bartender who let me loiter before my train and was just lovely. Front desk interactions also enjoyable. I was on a 6 week solo trip thru multiple countries and this stay was an absolute highlight. I enjoy being able to open hotel windows and it was cool and quiet and delightful outside.

The only redeeming quality for this property was their proximity to Belvedere and they had a very nice breakfast. The rooms were tiny and uncomfortable. The worst part was the lack of cooperation and nasty staff specially the bar staff. After 8 pm there are no restaurants in the hotel or anywhere in the neighborhood. We had to buy Burgerking for dinner because nothing else was opened. When we sat the bar to have drinks and our dinner, the bartender kicked us out telling us "go eat in your room". Horrible and nasty.
