Overall a great hotel in a fantastic location, which is reflected in the price. The staff are helpful and professional. The rooms are nice and well appointed but dont really reflect the cost of staying here. Presumably its all about its location.

Loved staying here. Great room with separate soft seating area. Staff were lovely and location was great for a weekend in Vienna
