It's close to the train station, clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It is a very basic room that does the job, but not very comfortable and the area itself can be pretty noisy at night so at times it can be difficult to sleep.

Great place but we found the double room with ensuite claustrophobic. The room was the smallest room we have ever stayed in. You had to climb over the person next 5o you to get out

The rooms were clean and the baths cleaned properly. There were people running around at night and I think some were smoking, but this can happen anywhere. Other than that the lounge was spacious and beautiful, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Excited to come back!

Limpio, transporte público cercano, tiendas y restaurantes cerca, personal muy amable menos la señora mayor (la rubia de pelo corto) que esta a la hora del desayuno es un poco borde y maleducada. Las camas son muy pequeñas, pero si es un buen sitio para alojarse

Very nice staff, great location near westbanhof, busses and trains from here to many places. Pretty quiet (we had a twin room.) Nice breakfast, bikes for 8€ all day. Laundry is overpriced at 12€, wash them yourself.

Good price but not a nice area, very small room, loud with disturbing guests during night. Good for youngsters with lack of money but absolutely not for families with kids ( even though we are rather simple and used to simple living we think so!)

Personal muy amable, localización lejos del centro pero con transporte público al lado. Las casas de baños estaban siempre mojadas y/o sucio por la cantidad de gente que había x la cantidad de baños. La cocina está muy guay y muy completa. La cama era bastante confortable PERO super ruidosa! Estará a punto de romperse o algo así.

Poor hotel

The check-on process is really slow. Staff is not polite, they can even laugh on you. WiFi is very poor. The bed is comfortable. There are a lot of loud out of street through the night and day.

The room was very very small for 4 people furniture next to eachother the free space was 1 meter for walking. The bathroom light is with sensor switch off very fast if you are in the bath and not that told you stay in the dark… Or if you are on the toilet stay in the dark is not comfortable! The breakfast is poor.
