The flat has 2 bedrooms, each with a cosy double bed. If required, there is room for two more people on the double sofa bed. The 110 square metres of the flat with two bathrooms offer you enough space during your stay in Vienna. You can prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen and then enjoy them in a cosy atmosphere at the dining table.
Are you travelling with a lot of fashion because you have planned various activities, such as a visit to the State Opera? All the better. There's plenty of storage space in the flat, and the hallway between the two mirrored wardrobes is perfect for a quick catwalk to show off your outfit to your friends before you head off to the Vienna Opera Ball.
As usual, Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the flat.

The apartment is located directly on Opernring, just a few meters away from the State Opera and famous Kärtner Straße. Its unique and central location makes it the perfect starting point from which to discover Vienna city and all of its magnificent nooks and crannies. Some of Vienna’s most note-worthy sights, such as the Hofburg Palace complex, City Hall and St. Stephen’s Cathedral are just a few minutes of walking away. Lovers of arts, sciences, and imperial collections can enjoy a trip to the Fine Arts Museum (Kunsthistorisches Museum), Natural History Museum (Naturhistorisches Museum), Albertina Museum or Imperial Treasury (Kaiserliche Schatzkammer). Those that want a break from the bustle of the city can retreat to the Burggarten Park or City Hall Square (Rathausplatz) Park. Just around the corner, you will find the metro station Karlsplatz, which connects you to the lines U1, U2 and U4, as well as the tram station Karlsplatz, connecting you to tram lines 1, 2, 62, 71 and D.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.

Wonderful property. Great Location. Needs better management

Beautiful apartment, conveniently located to everything in Vienna. The apartment is large and well-equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay in Vienna. The view of the Staatsoper out the living room windows is to die for. Unfortunately, the managment company's communication was lacking and this needs to be addressed.
