Perfect location

The location of this property was ideal for our situation, as we wanted to be very close to the trains. buses and Stephansplatz. The apartment was exactly as advertised and the owner always replied promptly to messages prior to the trip, and was waiting for us when we arrived. If you stay here, just be aware that the main lobby of the building is deceiving. It is clean, but not what you would expect for a residential building, which it is not. It is a mix of residential and commercial. With some updating, the common areas of the building would look pretty decent. Other than that, everything is very clean and secure and we always felt safe. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfekte Lage

Sehr gute internetverbindung, perfekte Lage (unter 5 minuten zur U-Bahn, bäcker im selben Haus), netter Kontakt. Jederzeit wieder! Etwas laut. Aber nicht wirklich störend.

Séjour à Vienne

Peter nous attendait à l'appartement à notre arrivée. Il a très gentiment répondu à nos questions. L'appartement est conforme à la description, il est bien agencé et vraiment très bien placé. Le centre-ville est à quelques minutes à pied et le métro est juste en face de l'immeuble. Cependant, le matelas n'est pas très bon et l'appartement est très bruyant, surtout la nuit (route et métro juste en face de la fenêtre près du lit).

Great location in the heart of Vienna!

This place is perfect location wise. You can walk to St Stephens cathedral and the old Town. Restaurants are all close by. U Bahn stop is right outside. A quick ride and your at Schonbrunn palace. Walk to the Danube river. Peter met us and gave us a nice orientation. OK the only slight negative is that it is noisy at night since there is a fast food place by the U Bahn stop right outside your window. But some cheap ear plugs will remedy that. Definitely worth a stay!

Perfect location in Vienna

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Vienna. Walking distance from all the best areas, and very cosy and comfortable. Peter was a great host and we will definitely recommend his apartment to anyone visiting Vienna.

Vienna stupenda. Appartamento centrale comodo e luminoso. Peccato mancava computer come nelle foto.

Bella Vienna, pulita e strade grandi..bellele carrozze per i turisti. Forse un po' caruccia. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Verblijf in hartje centrum

Een mooi appartement dicht bij alle locaties. We zijn meestal op de fiets vanuit het appartement gereden. Heel makkelijk zijn de stads fietsen. Het appartement was een gemakkelijke thuisbasis.

Older clean and well equipped apartment in a good location

This is an older apartment but it is nicely kept, well equipped and very clean. There is a grocery store and delightful bakeries within a short walk. The location relative to public transportation and the old town center is good. The subway stop from the main train station is right out the front door of the building and in a 10 minute walk you will be standing in front of St. Stephen's cathedral. The property owner was very pleasant and helpful. The street noise outside the apartment might be the only negative but we found the positives to far outweigh that.

Great Location

This is a very nice apartment very close to all modes of transportation making sightseeing easy. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Peter was a great host easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this apartment.

Sudio bien aménagé pour passer quelques jours à Vienne

Le studio est conforme au descriptif et aux photos, propre, en bon état, bien équipé et suffisamment spacieux pour un couple passant quelques jours à Vienne. Les 2 matelas équipant le grand lit ne sont pas très confortables. L'appartement est bien situé, juste aux abords de la vielle ville, métro et tram aux pieds de l'immeuble. Deux supermarchés sont proches. La wi-fi fonctionne bien. Monsieur Amberger (très sympathique) nous attendait dans l'appartement à notre arrivée. Le studio surplombe la place Swedenplatz très animée et bruyante, tôt le matin et tard en soirée (forte circulation de tramways et d'automobiles). Le double-vitrage de la grande baie vitrée ne permet pas d'atténuer suffisamment les nuisances sonores (boules Quies pour oreilles sensibles) Mi-septembre il faisait très chaud dans le studio.

Appartement qui meriterait d être renové

Appartement parfaitement situé pour découvrir Viennes. Equipements sommaires et l absence de climatisation peut être un problème en periode de chaleur car cartier bruyant.

preisgünstiges Apartement in top Lage

Das Apartement ist eine gemütliche Einraumwohnung mit allem, was man brauch, wenn man auf Luxus wie Geschirrspüler und Klimaanlage verzichten kann. Sie befindet sich in einem Mietbunker direkt am Schwedenplatz. Herr Amberger war so nett, uns einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zu besorgen - super! Die Lage ist perfekt für ausgedehnte Kultur- und Shoppingtrips durch die Wiener Innenstadt. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle befindet sich direkt vorm Haus und der Prater ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Beachten sollte man, dass das Apartement über keinen Balkon verfügt und der Schwedenplatz doch recht laut ist. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir eine Hitzewelle mit über 30°, da war es im Apartement trotz bereitstehendem Ventilator schon echt bullig.. Mit diesen kleinen Einschränkungen gerade für junge Leute mit begrenztem Budget definitiv empfehlenswert.
