「Séjour très désagréable. La chambre ressemblait à un véritable igloo tellement il faisait froid. Impossible de retrouver une température normale, malgré plusieurs tentatives. Même le shampooing était glacé, c’est dire… Le lit était froid également, rendant la nuit extrêmement compliquée et inconfortable. Une expérience vraiment décevante.」

「Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

「un plaisir de decouvrir cette region. Mon mari et moi adorons l'histoire, le moyen- age, l'art roman ,les cathares , les guerre de religion (catholiques / huguenots \ de belles decouvertes.」

「This place is wonderful! Frank was friendly and hospitable. The room was spacious, charming and well-appointed. Breakfast in the morning was far above average. The cheese plate was especially good. 」

「We visited for a weekend from the UK to attend a wedding in the area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we arrived to find that our two twin rooms and had been changed to a family suite, which was perfect for our needs. Lovely breakfast and everything spotlessly clean. Air con was much appreciated during a very hot weekend. The only disappointment was that the pool was dirty and poorly maintained - I wasn’t even sure if it was open, the condition was so poor, with murky cloudy...
