Enjoy the perfect getaway in this spacious guest suite!
Our house is located midway from either Victoria International Airport or the BC Ferries terminal to downtown Victoria. It is also a 10 minute drive to the University of Victoria and walking distance to Mount Douglas beach and Mount Douglas. Bus route (#28) is just steps away and takes you directly downtown. Within a short distance of a walk, you will also find amenities such as Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Domino’s Pizza, and subway located at Torquay Village. A 5 minute drive will take you to nearby grocery stores and restaurants.

We only stayed 2 nights but unit was comfortable enough for a long stay. Everything works and it has everything you need. You need to drive to get to a large grocery store, but there is small neighborhood store within walking distance. Highly recommend.

A Comfortable Home Away From Home

Gigi's place is a lovely, spacious suite perfect for a small family. Three of us stayed here in this nicely modelled and comfortably kept home. The garden and yard is impeccably kept. Our suite was equipped with all the comforts of home. We would love to return again to this quiet neighbourhood near the walking trails of Mt. Douglas. Thank you for your hospitality.

Relaxing Get Away

Gigi and husband were very friedlly and took time to learn about us.The home was very clean and kitchen had all cooking pans,dishes to use.We were given a lovely plant when we left.Enjoyed reading one of Gigi books during 4 night stay.Wiil recommend others to stay.

Gigi’s home was comfortable, quiet, and impeccably clean. The house is conveniently located midway between the ferry terminal, Victoria, and Butchart Gardens. If you are looking to dine out, you might want to stay closer to Victoria, but we appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and dedicated parking.

Very comfortable stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property! So close to mount Doug and the beach! We were also pleasantly surprised to see kid friendly snacks ready for us to tuck in our packs for our adventures. The owners were very friendly as was the resident cat bootsy. We felt comfortable playing in the back yard and making ourselves at home. Would definitely recommend staying at this property !

Value in victoria

What a nice place to stay while visiting Victoria. Close and easy to get to downtown sights. So close to beautiful beaches and a shoreline drive. Close to restaurants as well we enjoyed the parking and huge rooms. I would highly recommend if you are coming and going to ferry. Thanks Gigi.

Excellent experience

Me and my classmate stayed here while visiting Victoria for onsite. The place was very clean and the host left out snacks which we appreciated! Even left out a couple cute plants for us to take home! Overall a great experience! Would definitely stay again if we need to come back.

Fantastic

Stayed 4 nights. Great location for us - near Mt. Doug and U Vic. Living area was very comfortable to put your feet up and watch TV. Nice little desk for me to work at. Kitchen had everything we needed. Shower and bathroom were great - lots of hot water. Two very comfortable queen beds. But the best were the two basket of treats! And I can't say enough about Gigi, our host. Our flight was delayed by 9 hours, which meant we were going to arrive well after midnight. She left lights on outside and in the suite for us so we could easily find our way. Highly recommend.
