Private ground floor fully legal suite available in a South Oak Bay home a couple blocks from the ocean and 15 minute walk to Oak Bay Avenue.

Brand new suite with a modern kitchen, private bedroom with queen size bed and full 3 piece bathroom. The suite has large windows and lots of natural light opening into a large private backyard with a Sauna, bbq, and fire pit. Ideal for a person or couple looking for a tranquil garden suite in the most walkable location in Victoria. Send a message to discuss discounts and length of stay.

Stay in Oak Bay

This property was very comfortable and ideal for us as it was close to family and in close walking distance to Oak Bay Village. As well, it was within walking distance of the ocean and two wonderful parks.

Pleasant Stay

The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed, was very clean and in a nice are of Victoria. Our hosts were personable and we could get in touch with them if we needed anything. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Just Right

This property has everything a person needs to make themselves comfortable and at home. All amenities are in good working order and easy to use. This home is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with mature trees and is close to the ocean where it is easy to take a walk with amazing views. The hosts reside in the upper part of the home and are easy to connect and communicate with.

Great location, very comfortable accommodation.

This home is on a quiet street in close proximity to the ocean, viewpoints to walk to, and a coffee shop nearby. Is was so pleasant to go for walks with little traffic and homes beautifully landscaped. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts and given a quick tour. This property worked great for us. It was newly renovated and furnished.
