"I booked this hotel as it had a bar and restaurant. We arrived late and needed food. We were told the restaurant was privately booked so we weren’t allowed in there. I asked if we could get food to our room and they bluntly said no. The rooms look like girl guide cabins and if things couldn’t get worse, a load of kids stayed next door on a school sports trip and made so much noise I couldn’t sleep. Absolutely avoid this place and look closer to Gothenburg "

The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. Not to mention the food either which was sensational from breakfast to lunch and dinner with non-staying guests regularly stopping by for food and drinks. "The good: * Great breakfast buffet * Really fun hotel * Very clean * Very friendly and helpful staff * Easy access to the park * Trams right outside the hotel quickly get you to most places you'd want to visit within minutes The "to be improved": * The check in was confusing. I messaged the property before my stay aboutate checkout and confirmed the timings yet the staff had no recollection of it and said they don't do it. When I asked someone else I got slightly conflicting advice * The dinner buffet in the restaurant was comically bad (I don't know if it was because it was a quiet evening or something but terrible!). Swedish meatballs with no sauce? Nachos with no cheese!??? * Sheets in our bedroom were not changed unless we specifically requested it, and cups were not changed either * They suddenly stopped giving complimentary guest passes to the park, which was news to us when we arrived "
