Located in Vichères, this 114 m² holiday home accommodates up to 10 guests. The property is close to the Véloscenie cycle route and Perche golf course, 150 km from Paris, exit 4 on the A11, halfway between Chartres Cathedral and the Le Mans racetrack.



On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with table football and a fireplace for cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes an Italian coffee maker, filter coffee maker, and capsule machine, all around a large table. One bedroom with a queen-size bed and private shower room completes this level.



Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a private shower room and two more bedrooms that share a bathroom and separate toilet. A landing with a reading corner, board games, and sleeping space for two creates a friendly atmosphere.



Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, heating in all rooms, a fan, a dedicated workspace, as well as a baby bed and high chair. Families with children will appreciate the toys and books available.
