"We recently stayed at the Maldron Hotel Parnell Square for nine nights. While the location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Dublin, I was disappointed by several aspects of our stay. Room servicing was inconsistent — one day I had to request toilet rolls, and on another, the servicing was delayed until quite late and never very through. I also had an evening meal in the restaurant one night and ordered the burger, which was advertised as a handmade double meat pattie. Unfortunately, it turned out to be two freezer-style patties covered in cheese and was quite unappetising. When the manager noticed I hadn’t eaten it, he kindly offered a complimentary dessert, but no refund or discount was provided despite my request. Overall, while the location and general facilities were good, the service and dining experience did not meet expectations."

"Very clean hotel, great location right in the heart of the city! Allen from the bar area was an angel that was sent our way- he helped us get situated in our room he really needs a promotion to management he definitely understands hospitality! The other gentleman that was working the desk was nice as well but Allen went above and beyond- I was extremely sick and travel with my sister. Our room was super clean with an amazing view of downtown. I would definitely book here again. "

"Great location. The shared room was utilitarian and small for four people but smart design with a separate toilet and shower in the room; bed was comfy and private. Easy self check-in and check-out. Good wifi. Comfortable lounge area. Bar had a limited selection. Did not like that there were signs prohibiting outside food."

"The 1bdrm apartment was much smaller than pictures showed: bed was pushed up against wall in an actual room with door, which I didn’t see in any pictures. The kitchenette was very convenient to make breakfast each morning. Getting towels replenished was also easy. I used the laundry room and had no issues other than thinking it was a bit pricey. Hotel staff were very friendly. Location was very convenient to everything."

"Hotel felt very modern and spacious. One of the best standard rooms we’ve visited. Close enough to the main areas but not too close that you were surrounded by bars. Location could feel a little out of the way if you were travelling on your own and there was a bit of building work going on next door but that didn’t disrupt our stay. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but there were lots of options just 5 min walk away."
