## Space This 34 m² apartment, located on the first floor with elevator in “La Résidence de la Plage”, enjoys an exceptional seafront location with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The residence is gated and secure and offers direct access to the beach. Both the beach and the main shopping street are within walking distance, allowing for a car-free stay.
The bright living area includes a sofa bed (140 × 190 cm), a TV, a convivial dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals while enjoying the sea view.
The kitchen is equipped with a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, mini oven, dishwasher, and all the necessary cooking utensils.
The apartment features two bedrooms:
one bedroom with a double bed (140 × 190 cm),
a second bedroom with two bunk beds (90 × 190 cm), ideal for children.

The bathroom is well equipped with a shower, washbasin, washing machine, and a hairdryer. The toilets are separate for added convenience.
Outside, enjoy a large sea-view terrace, furnished with outdoor seating and two sun loungers, perfect for relaxing or dining while overlooking the Mediterranean.
The residence offers a shared swimming pool, open from May 7th to September 29th. A lifeguard is on duty daily from July 13th to August 18th. You will also have access to a boules court and a shared charcoal barbecue area within the residence.
The apartment includes one private parking space, allocated within the residence parking area. Access to the apartment is available by stairs or elevator.

Among the activities you can enjoy: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a walk along the Canal du Midi, exploring the seaside streets of Vias, a fun day at Europark, or renting bikes to ride along the canal or the coast. The beaches of Vias are easily accessible by bike (2.5 km) or by car, with parking on site. Water sports available include diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, and sea kayaking. The apartment is close to restaurants, bars, and shops.

## Notes In July and August, the apartment is only available from Saturday to Saturday. A €300 security deposit is required upon arrival. Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. Linen and towel kits are available for €10 per person. Outside July and August, cleaning is optional. Cleaning can be provided for €60 (incl. VAT). Cleaning is mandatory in July and August. Cleaning must be paid on-site if not already included. Youth groups are not accepted. Pets are not allowed.
