「Nous avons passé un agréable séjour pour la deuxième fois. Le gîte « La Provence » est très bien aménagé et bien décoré. Proche de la piscine que nous avons pu utiliser (idéal en famille). Un parc animalier ravit les enfants. La proximité de la Sorgue est un bon point quand il fait chaud.Je recommande ce gîte ainsi que nos hôtes Vincent et Laetitia qui sont sympathiques et à l’écoute.」

「Très mauvais accueil. La propriétaire nous a indiqué de suite qu elle avait essayé d annuler notre réservation auprès du site et que le site exigeait de leur part 600.00€ ( ça nous regardait pas) l’heure d’accueil sur le site était à partir de 17h30 elle nous a indiqué qu elle souhaitait nous recevoir qu à partir de 19h. L’accès à la piscine pas possible… en insistant on a pu profiter du logement et de la piscine non nettoyée à partir de 18h30 … on a payé beaucoup de frais … plus de 200.00€ en...

"宿泊前にメールが届き、ジュネーブ近郊の交通が全て無料になるトラベルカードの発行案内についてでした。チェックインの際、そのカードをすぐに印刷、発行してくれて、翌日ね市内観光にとても役立ちました。またスタッフは常に笑顔で対応してくれて気持ち良かったし、空港へのシャトルバスも充実していて、助かりました。"

"駅から近くアクセスしやすいです。隣が大型ショッピングモールなので食事にも便利でした。部屋は狭いですが、高層タワーのため展望は良かったです。ホテル1Fの入口が工事中で、どこから入って良いのか迷いました。工事中の作業員の方が親切で、迷っているところをエレベーターまで案内してくれました。フロントの対応は事務的でした。他のホテルでは、デポジットの支払を求められることはなかったですが、今回はクレジットカードから100€の支払が必要でした。（チェックアウト時に返金処理されるとの説明でしたが、正しく処理されるか不安です。）また宿泊税についての説明が一切なかったのに、チェックアウト時に受け取った明細書には支払の記載があったので、フロントの対応として説明を必ずするべきだと思いました。"

"新しい設備で、明るい雰囲気でした。部屋も窓が大きくて明るく、静かでとても快適に過ごせました。スタッフも若くフレンドリーです。周囲にはパン屋、ピザ屋、小さなスーパーがあり、少し歩くと商店街があるので、買い物には困りません。大学が側にあり治安の悪さは感じませんでした。地下鉄の駅、トラムの駅も近いですが、平坦な道なので私はパールデューの駅からスーツケースを持って歩きました。また利用したいです。"
