"Me, my husband and 1,5 year old daughter had an amazing room, lovely architecture and a nice bathtub and decorated according to the style of the room. Easy going communication, friendly and war people at the breakfast and very clean and fresh. Can highly recommend if you’re looking for a stay in Palermo!:)"

I particulary wanted to find the flea market and they were helpful and gave me directions. The room was clean and comfortable and the location is excellent. "The hotel was very quaint with some lovely original features but renovated to a high standard. We couldnt easily find the hotel having walked from the station but Michele was waiting for us on the street corner. As the rooms are on the first floor he carried my case up the stairs for me. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Communal tea and coffee facilities were just outside our room. Michele was very informative about Palermo and recommends places to visit and eat. "

"A little difficult to find but, once you do it’s a decent hotel. It has a small lobby and the rooms are reasonably spacious and very clean. The hotel is just off Via Roma which is a major thoroughfare. Breakfast is simple and sufficient with excellent cappuccinos. Front desk staff are very nice and extremely helpful. Thanks, Valentina."

"Newly renovated boutique hotel on a quiet, clean and spacious square just off the main pedestrian street of Via Vittorio Emanuele. The airport bus stops on Via Roma are also just a few minutes away on foot, making its location perfect for tourists. This hotel truly deserves the boutique label – rooms are tasteful, modern and luxurious, yet manage to be warm and cosy at the same time. "The Palazzo Balsamo is a new hotel and elegantly appointed. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The breakfast and dining area were quite pleasant. I cannot say enough about the friendliness and kindness of the staff, who were quite helpful. We wish we had extended our stay longer."
