「確認したいことがありホテルに連絡をすることが何度かあったのですが、迅速な対応(英語で)をして下さり安心して向かうことができました。子供のオモチャを直すためドライバーをお借りしたのですが、その際も気持ち良く対応して下さいました。ホテルからはベナック城やカステルノー城が見え、また、夜には満点の星を見ることができ、最高の景色でした。また利用させていただきたいホテルです。レストランやスーパーは近くにないためご注意下さい。」

「We had an outstanding time at this beautifully located accommodation, surrounded by peace and nature. The atmosphere was very warm and family-like, especially during dinner, which is available on request and felt more like a shared meal among friends than a restaurant experience. 「Truly beautiful setting, wonderfully elegant. Dining on the terrace with hot air balloons floating on the horizon- so picturesque. Wonderful place. Indoor and outdoor pools provide excellent relaxation. Many good restaurants nearby, but we were happy breakfasting and dining at the chateau. 」
