「Great host with great communication to make check in and stay really pleasurable. Really convenient location, and immaculate facilities, as we travelled through from Geneva to the Alps with…some great walks right on the doorstep. 」

「Apartment was clean and furnished with the basics. Living/dining room furniture is not comfortable. Location is terrific, with tram across the street. Host did his best to save a parking spot for us, since parking is at a premium in the area. Unfortunately, we came during a heat wave and the temperature was very uncomfortable as there is no AC. Host immediately approved my purchasing 4 fans which he reimbursed. Host is very accessible, communicative and accommodating, which was very helpful.」

「Great little apartment with everything we needed. 10 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to walk to the lake. It had a small kitchen with a fridge and hob. Free tea and coffee was also provided.」

「値段は手頃であり、部屋は清潔で、駅に近くて便利。 ただ、ホストとのコミュニケーションに不満があった。タオルを代えてもらえると連絡があったが、何度連絡しても返信がなかった。最終日に事前の連絡なく、タオルが勝手に部屋に置かれていた。 また場所は歓楽街の中にあり、夜中もうるさかった。」

「J'ai réservé cet appartement pour une fête de famille pour plusieurs jours. L'appartement est très joli, super bien décoré, et les chambres sont très confortables. Avec la place de parking, et très bien placé. Ma famille a été ravi d'y séjourner. Merci encore pour l'accueil et l'organisation, super équipe :D」

「Pour un séjour au calme, entouré de paysages magnifiques cette adresse est parfaite. Les hôtes sont d'une gentillesse rare, généreux et à l'écoute. L'appartement est typique et bien équipé. Séjour parfait !」

「施設詳細の設備欄にはコンロ（hob）の記載がありましたが、実際には設置されていませんでした。チェックイン後にオーナーへ問い合わせましたが、残念ながら回答はありませんでした。 また、事前にオーナーへ確認した際には「エアコン（冷房）はない」との回答でしたが、実際にはエアコンが設置されていました。これは嬉しい誤りでしたが、事前に提供された情報が正確ではなかったことになります。設備情報やオーナーからの事前の回答については、より正確であることを期待します。 部屋は清潔で快適でしたが、シャワー・トイレルームが2つの部屋の間に位置しているため、使用中は2つの部屋の間を行き来できなくなります。 また、キッチン・洗面所のドアは補修されていますが、補修に使われた板が分厚いため、ドアを完全に閉めることができませんでした。窓も、鍵がちゃんとかからない状態でした。 立地は駅やバスターミナル、湖に近く、とても便利です。一方、夜になると周辺に客引きと思われる女性が見られるため、夜間に徒歩で移動する際は多少気になりました。」
