Check in was not good. There was no staff around and I and another guest waited 10 minutes for someone to arrive. There was no bell or other way to alert them.
Also, the breakfast staff needs to monitor or assist guests better. A guest improperly operated the microwave causing smoke and the fire alarms to go off with fire department arriving.
