"Lovely lake-facing room with a wonderful view. Comfortable bed. Spacious shower with lots of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the convent and funicular. The walk back up from town could be a bit challenging for older or unfit people, but we enjoyed it."

"The room was spacious and clean and had everything that we needed. The staff were friendly and answered all of our questions despite a slight language barrier at times. There's plenty of parking and the location is great for visiting Ponte dei Salti, Locarno and Ascona (our favourite). What stood out most to us was the view from our room - we were in the front of the hotel and it was stunning. The only slight downside is that breakfast was quite limited (a very small buffet), but it was free, so not an issue. We hope to return 🙂"
