Behind its stone walls, the gîte unfolds 180 m² over three levels, designed to suit all types of stays. On the ground floor, the large living area combines a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a welcoming dining room, while a spacious 48 m² modular room adapts to all your needs: festive meals, children's games, relaxation time, or meetings. The first floor houses two comfortable bedrooms: one with two single beds, the other a dormitory-style room with 90cm bunk beds – as well as a bright relaxation area. Under the exposed beams, the mezzanine shelters a cozy lounge and a second dormitory with extra beds. Three toilets and two shower rooms ensure comfort and privacy for everyone. Outside, there is a private enclosed courtyard and a wooden terrace. A baby cot and ironing facilities are available in the cottage. Perched above the Forez plain, Gîte Condamine promises total immersion in the Loire countryside. Here, the tranquility is only disturbed by birdsong. From the house, paths wind between forests and pastures, offering breathtaking panoramas of the Monts du Forez. Nature lovers can venture as far as the GR® de Pays Côtes du Forez Sud long-distance hiking trail, while those interested in heritage can discover the golden stones of the Champdieu Priory or stroll through the medieval streets of Montbrison.
