Beautiful Spacious COASTAL POOL HOME ( 1800 Sq ft *2 bedrooms, I full bath & 1/2 Bath
CLOSE TO SHOPPING, BEACH, ATTRACTIONS. Experience Florida's Treasure Coast at this modern beautiful pool house nestled only 1100 feet from the Indian River Inter coastal waterway. , East of US 1 only 1/2 mile to shopping, & just minutes to the Beautiful Beaches on Vero's exclusive Orchid Island. Museums, botanical gardens close-by with easy access for a day trip to Disney World, Palm Beach and Miami. Private Swimming Pool- (unheated). 3 TVS with Netflix . Neighborhood is adjacent to the preserve with a small boat launch & hiking trails within 1/2 mile. 2 bedrooms with King Bed , Queen Bed, 2 full couches, kitchen with island & bar stools ,dining room, living room with futon., Outdoor private pool with large enclosed patio lanai & seating with a dining table, & relaxing comfortable rattan chairs.

* RESERVATION cannot exceed 28 days


*1 full bath with shower/tub/ toilet/ vanity & 1 half bath off laundry room in refurbished garage with toilet/ sink/vanity) Children 9 yrs + are welcomed 😊

You will have the home to yourself during your entire stay. Guests are renting the entire home excluding the 3rd bedroom which is dedicated to the owners of the property. Property owners will Not be at the home at all during rental periods ensuring guests have Complete Privacy.

All Guests agree to swim at own risk. Host is not responsible for any injuries to guests on entire property No Smoking on entire premises.

Pool stays warm part of the year- 80 degrees+ during the late Spring through early Fall months- it is not heated

There are 3 non-evasive security cameras on the exterior only of the property for the safety of our home & guests which are located at front entrance & the right & left side of home. Smart lock to enter home is on the main door inside security screen door.

Absolutely beautiful home

Have stayed at this property twice now, and it is never a disappointment. House is clean and comfortable. Pool is an absolute delight and a necessity for Florida. Lookin forward to staying there next year.

Vero Fun

The house was very affordable, clean, and really fun!! We were able to have our family and friends come over, enjoy dinner, enjoy the pool and enjoy early mornings coffee. The grocery store is just up the road , along with Wendy's. It was really a great place!

The amazing Vacation Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Located in a quiet neighborhood, the home was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the tropical feel to the pool with lush landscaping all around. It’s close to a main area, with grocery and restaurants nearby. The hosts are thoughtful with the details. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Nice, well-maintained home in a quiet neighborhood.

Spent 5 quiet days relaxing in Vero Beach. The home is in a nice neighborhood and near to the heart of Vero beach; there we were able to eat in great restaurants, shop in the boutiques and just walk the beautiful sandy beach.

Fantastic pool home!

We needed space to get away from family, and this was absolutely perfect. Super clean, very private, with soooooooo comfortable beds and a private pool, we couldn't have asked for more!

The house is nicely decorated and situated within a ten min drive if the main beach. The hosts remain in good contact and supplied a welcome gift for us on arrival, if being honest i couldnt really fault it

Great place for our Sisters Trip!

My 2 sisters & I stayed here for a few days for our annual Sisters Trip. It’s a beautiful home - inside & out. The owners were very responsive in answering my questions through the booking process, all the way through our stay. Great location for our interests, quiet neighborhood. Glad we found this & would stay again our travels brings us this way!
