Hotel Stay – Very Good I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, I was warmly welcomed, and all my questions were answered professionally. The atmosphere throughout the hotel exudes a pleasant calmness that immediately puts you at ease. My room was modernly furnished, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A special highlight was the bed – incredibly restful and a true pleasure after a long day. The breakfast was also a clear recommendation: the selection was varied and of high quality. I especially appreciated the fresh baked goods and the aromatic coffee. The service in the restaurant was attentive without being intrusive.

Europalace exceeded all expectations. We got a corner lake view room and it was absolutely stunning! The hotel room was spacious, clear and you could tell that the bathrooms had recently been renovated. The location is perfect, and walkable to all the necessary areas around. The only difficult thing is getting to the hotel. If you take the train, just know there is a bus stop that is slightly hidden that will take you to the city center then you will have to walk to the hotel. But, that is just more of a logistical element than an issue with the hotel. All in all, if I was to come back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

Stylish classic style hotel. Polite and good service by a older gentleman in the lobby. We had a room from the upper floor with a view over the lake. The room was perfect, comfortable bed, large bathroom and a small balcony. The view over the lake is spectacular. Parking is a bit difficult, the hotel does not have it's own parking spaces. A few parking garages nearby, but the ramps were so steep our car could not get up.

Tranquillo e in posizione strategica

Ottima posizione tranquilla e in riva al lago anche se il parcheggio e' abbastanza difficoltoso perché gli stalli sono tutti occupati anche lungo la via. Ottima anche la colazione mentre gli arredi della camera sono un po' datati. Forse anche un cuscino in più in camera a qualcuno avrebbe fatto comodo visto che gli unici due presenti sono abbastanza inconsistenti.

Service Reception unterste Schublade

Zuerst ein freundlicher Empfang, dann sollen wir unser Hotel noch bezahlen. Sie fragten, ob man es auf die Kreditkartennummer abrechnen könne. Die Kreditkartennummer war falsch und wir hatten alles schon, wie immer schon alles im vor aus bezahlt. (sofern man es kann). Die Dame bestand darauf, dass wir noch zahlen müssten. Nun, ich habe dann gesagt, dass ich die Buchung nochmals anschauen werde. Alles war bezahlt. Grimmig nahm sie es zur Kenntnis. Das Frühstück müssten wir auch noch bezahlen. Leider konnte ich es ihr noch beweisen. Wir nehmen zu 98% Frühstück inklusive, ausser in ganz wenigen Fällen nicht. Ich war der Meinung, wir hätten es dabei. Tag darauf ging es dann in de Reception erneut ums zahlen, dann war plötzlich alles okay, ausser dem Frühstück und den lokalen Taxen. Jetzt wollten es erneut probieren und uns Geld aus der Tasche ziehen. Am Schluss haben wir es dann abgelehnt, dort zu frühstücken. Die Taxen habe ich dann mit viel Bargeld bezahlt. Die sind mit uns wie Verbrecher umgegangen. So etwas hatten wir noch nie erlebt. Weder eine Entschuldigung vom gestrigen Tag und das Benehmen am Abreisetag, eines solchen Hauses war schön. Das Hotelzimmer war okay, der Rest unterste Schublade. Nie wieder... Wir haben in unsrem Leben Hunderte Hotelübernachtungen gehabt, aber dass wir uns immer wieder in guter Erinnerung für eine Anekdote bleiben.
