Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

My worst experience in any hotel

The room, supposedly executive room, was filthy to say the least with worn out floor mat with last few strands of thread. The toilet was not even cleaned. Towels and sheets were shabby. Internet did not work as they had ‘technical’ difficulty and so was TV. Whoever gave this dump four stars must have passed through a real rough patch in life. My advice to fellow travelers, “ stay away from this dump. There are cleaner and brighter hotels and a lesser price near by. There is nothing divine or resort about this place.”
