Cheap rates with good value for the money. Not glamours or in a great neighborhood, but-The room was adequate, the bed comfortable, and the water hot. Check in was professional and I received help with a taxi upon checkout. I've paid more for a lot less

Desagradable y un timo ,por poco no conseguimos hotel en Veracruz,y va para xpedia no pueden mandar a la gente a lugares como estos sin verificar,además está basura de hotel nos decían que ya no operaban ni con xpedia,ni Booking,ni ninguna otra le tomé fotos a los certificados que tenían contados en la pared y casi me fulminan atención xpedia con sus recomendaciones, gracias

Cuando llegue al hotel me dijieron que ya ese hotel no estaba trabajando con él oyó y que ya está lleno el hotel así me comunicaran con ustedes para el reembolso pero algo a me parece muy mal nunca me había pasado y ya llevas tiempo haciendo reserva con ustedes pero uno llega confiado que tiene el hotel q llega a descansar y se entera de eso y había un evento y no casi todo los hoteles estaba lleno tuve que pagar un hotel y salirme de mi presupuesto por reservar a última hora

en oyo genere una reservación y cuando llegue me mostraron un anuncio donde se deslindaban de oyo y por consiguiente no respetaron el precio acordado , tome la habitación por mas de lo doble de la reservación y al otro día mi cobraron en la tarjeta , lo correcto seria que me regresaran el dinero que tomaron de mi tarjeta y la diferencia de la habitación que alquile espero alguna respuesta por parte de ustedes.
