「I am unable to explain how my stay was because we had a reservation, and the people in charge of the hospitality did not have the decency to let us know that it was already rented for other people. Since the beginning, this was a problem because I was unable to find the location anyways on the GPS, and this ended up being one of the worst outcomes during my usage of Hotel.com. They should review what is available and unavailable so that this does not happen again to other future possible...

"Nice location in Centro, walking distance to café Parroquia and el mercado de artesania, however noisy at night time as live music concert is everyday event just in front of this hotel. The instalation isn't new, some need to be repaired, especially shower room. No coffee marker in rooms except master suites. "
