It was good, great location, very clean, staff mainly friendly but no iron and no bin trash outside the bathroom. Parking is limited. Big TV, nice furniture and layout. Near so many restaurants.

The hotel was ice and clean. The service in general was good, but every time I came back to the hotel in the evening to park my car, the front desk girl made a big fuss when there were clearly lots of parking available. Every day she claimed there was no parking and I had to go to the parking lot to tell her that there was a lot of space! A bothersome every time!

Después de ver varias opiniones sobre puntos negativos de otros visitantes, debo decir que el personal es atento y cumple sus funciones, el tema del estacionamiento hacen lo posible por remediarlo, si es pequeño pero hay mucho espacio afuera pero igual aún los espacios adentro llenos puedes ingresar el auto y dejar las llaves por si mientras tú descansas y necesitan moverlo, lo hagan sin molestarte y dejar tu vehículo dentro del estacionamiento. Por otra parte la habitación súper bien cumple completamente con las necesidades, limpio cómodo pantalla con streeminng, colchones cómodos vista al mar, alberca área de alberca súper bien, la regadera con una presión de agua puuuuf súper bien, si en efecto el agua se sale pero nada q no solucione la toalla de piso para evitar se esparza (aunque si sería bueno pulir ese detalle en área de regadera) ubicación buenisima cerca de restaurantes bares playa Oxxo cafe todo alrededor q suple lo q requieras, dentro de las mismas construcción delnhotel un restaurante tipo fit que un buen menú para la hora del desayuno además personal amable (GREEN BOX) En resumen por el precio q está, está súper bien muy recomendado.

Las habitaciones no tienen más que un bote para basura, no dejan bolsas por si tienes ropa mojada de la alberca y además te hacen dar $500 de garantía y buscan cualquier pretexto para no devolverlos además de que las recepcionistas no tienen buena atención al cliente.
