Summary:
Small studio apartment in Historic Victorian home basement with ocean view in Downtown Ventura.
-Enjoy sunsets from the front patio area
-Well equipped kitchenette with stove burners
-Smart TV with all the streaming you need
-Garden and outdoor dining in front yard

The Space:
Small studio, 1 ba downstairs
-Garden and outdoor dining in front yard
-Weather stays pretty cool year round; there is no central A/C

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the front patio dining area and garden as well as the downstairs studio apartment only.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located close to lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping in downtown Ventura. 5-10 minute bike ride to the Ventura pier.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking on the street in front of the house. Walking and biking are great options for downtown Ventura as well.

Other Things to Note:
There may be other guests staying in the main 3 br house upstairs.

The apartment was perfect! It was comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. The best part was the proximity to dining and beaches, which were all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property.

For the price, this is an excellent choice. Location is great, right above downtown. This is an older home that is very clean an decorated nicely. Austin communicated very well and was very concerned about my needs being met. I highly recommend!

Very nice but small

I only stayed for four nights as it was smaller than anticipated and no chairs. Had to sit on the bed. Luckily my sister lives in Ventura so moved to her home.

Positives: coffee provided Lots of TV options Negatives: Kitchen not conducive for cooking Sheets did not fit bed so crumpled underneath Headboard came unattached from wall, rattling Bathroom sink not draining well Advertised bike availability - very old rusty bikes Traffic noise - some weatherstripping might help So miserable -left early.

When we got into the room at check in time, it had not been cleaned. That was taken care of while we went out to eat. Now I can't get my deposit back, and the host is ignoring my emails, calls and messages. I will consider editing this review if the host ever communicates with me and returns my deposit. The room was actually pretty nice, as described.
