Want to relax? don't look further, we have a beautiful, 2 story house on top of the Foothill rd, Ventura city, CA Ocean and City view. 4 Bedrooms upstairs with 2 full bathroom, Kitchen, living room and dining room and half bath on the first floor. Opens to the Large Patio. listen to singling birds and see the beauty that nature provide in the city.

Ventura house

Great view. Clean house. Needs new coat of paint inside house. The master bedroom has no drapes, so I was awaken every morning at 6:00 am

Location, Location, Location

The view was amazing. Location great, next to park. House was large, enough room for everyone. Plenty of seating. Parking was a little bit of a challenge. The house was clean, beds comfortable. Decor was lacking a bit. Love the extra blanket throws on the couch. No soap for washer, no kitchen towels, cheap toilet paper. No broom and dustpan.City worked on power Sat night, no power 8pm till 4am, had to turn in early. Would love stay there again for our next Ventura gathering. Communication was excellent. A+

Overall Great Experience

We had 4 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space for all of us. It was an overall comfortable space to spend the week in. We did have a bit of an accident when my dad hit the brick wall with a car but Fred s very friendly and quick to respond about the incident.

An A house.

The house was clean, roomy, in a good location. There were some little things that we missed or thought were odd. Turning lights on in different rooms was not normal, and there were no instructions. The air conditioning was also seemingly not working normally, and no instructions. The kitchen was missing some basic tools...small, but guests wouldn't bring them, so they were missed...scissors, a large spoon with draining holes, a decent can opener, coffee mugs big enough to hold coffee without spilling over, ice and water on the fridge didn't work. At the last minute, we realized there was no washing detergent for the washer. But we did enjoy the house in general, and would return for another trip!

ventura from a hill

We used to live in the area so the location was great for bike rides like a local to coffee shops in all directions. A large table on the patio for dining would be nice but the wall of windows at the inside table is a close second. Early am hill exercise was a plus.
